1. Packaging and condition of the goods

Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. The goods should not show any signs of use (animal hair, dirt, scratches, etc.)!

Please fill in the return slip enclosed with your order and place it in the package. It also counts as your statutory revocation. Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. custom-made products and engravings) are excluded from revocation.


2. Franking the return

Since we are a small label, we cannot accept any return costs and we apologize for this. The buyer pays 100% of the shipping costs for the return. Please note: Do not send the package freight collect! In the case of goods that are returned freight collect, the resulting penalty fee from DHL in the amount of € 15 will be offset against the credit of the return.

3. Exchange of items

If you want to exchange an item for another item that costs the same as the original item (e.g. the same item in a different size or color), we can offer you a new shipping free of charge.

Pack the item well and add the completed return slip. Post sufficient postage on the package! We will then send you the exchange item free of charge.

If you would like to have another item, we ask for a return and a new order. Please contact us for international shipments! You can find more information about the legal provisions in our cancellation policy. If you have any further questions about returns, please contact us.
